How long does delivery take?
Denmark takes 2 to 4 days, Europe 4 to 8 days and the rest of the world 7 to 15 days after your order is prepared. You will receive a tracking number by email.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, PayPal, or by bank transfer. All card payments are processed securely and we never see your card details.
Can I return a piece?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to return unused items in their original packaging. See the shipping and returns page for the steps.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship from Denmark to most countries. Shipping costs are shown at checkout once you enter your address.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track your order page with your order number and email, or sign in to your account to see all your orders.
